Council Motion 78: Onboarding the second 5 collators on Altair
In accordance with the selection process part 2 the Altair council has proposed a motion for onboarding 2nd batch of Collators on Altair.

The proposed next set of five Altair collators:

1. Cardinate
2. Ryabina
3. Validatrium
4. Lucky Friday
5. StakeCraft
